Centara Nova Hotel was a disappointment for us. We stayed in four different hotels and this was the worst. Cons 1. We had booked Deluxe Pool view and nowhere was the room deluxe. Dim-lit, the room was musty and dirty. I had to clean all the surfaces with wet tissues before using. 2. Very uncomfortable bed that caused back pain. Even the headboards were dirty. All around the bed it looked dusty and unclean. 3. The secondary key card didn't work despite multiple requests. 4. Breakfast spread was limited and poor. Poha was terrible - hard, uncooked rice. 5. The bathroom was in dilapidated condition. 6. There's a mini slum behind the hotel so as soon as you open the door, you're greeted by the view of chaos. Noteworthy Details: 1. Walkability distance to Night Market where shopping is great. 2. Alcazar Cabaret Show is at a 12 min walk. 3. Runway Market is close by. 4. A 7/11 is adjacent to the hotel. 5. Massage was good. The masseuse comes to the hotel room too. 6. There is a beautiful Wat (Buddhist Temple) nearby. 7. There is a deposit to be paid that is usually refunded. Thank God we stayed for 2 nights. I'm never coming back here. Will not recommend.

Thrilling experience as always and Hotel Manager Ms.Fe always makes it memorable for me. Stayed during Christmas holidays and realized it was my 10th Stay with Centara Nova in 4 years. I never look for any option also as i found the hotel bestest when it comes to service, hospitality, room cleanliness, staff behavior,location and foremost the prices with this quality. Its the best hotel i would say if one planning to come to pattaya and Manager Fe is always there to help you to make your trip hasslefree. Will come back again soon!!!!!!!

This 4 Star Hotel is part of the Reputed Centara Group of Hotels and truly lives up to the Centara Reputation. It's location is a bit off the 2nd road and hence not very convenient, except for a Seven Eleven next door and a Mini Big C round the Corner. If you don't mind walking, Big C Super Center and Central Marina are about a 15-20 mins walk away, but the Beach is very far and would be about 40-45 mins walk. Being in an inner lane, it is difficult to get a Local Songkeow, so you need to depend on Taxis to go anywhere. Bolt (like Uber) is a good option and you can download the App and order their taxis, which are Reliable and Reasonably Priced too. The Reception Area is Large, but Open and not Airconditioned, so it gets a bit Hot sitting there. The Rooms are Fairly Large and Well Appointed with an Electric Kettle, Tea/Coffee Supplies and Mini Fridge, with a nice Pool Facing Balcony with 2 Chairs and a Center Table. The Bed and Linen is good and comfortable too. The Bathroom is spacious and nice. The TV has adequate Channels to watch, including a few Indian News and Other Channels as well. There is however only 1 Chair and no Sofa in the room, so you need to bring in the Chairs & Center Table from the Balcony, if you need to sit in the Room. They have a Nice Spa Area and a Lovely Swimming Pool with a Jacuzzi and Swim Up Bar as well. Breakfast is at the Restaurant next to the Pool and is good with a decent spread including a Vegetarian Counter, but is mostly the same without much changes, so it can get a bit boring after a while. The Restaurant is however only open for Breakfast and Lunch, but the Hotel permits you to order food from out. The Staff are Very Well Trained, Very Helpful and provide a Very Good Service too. Overall a Good, Value for Money Hotel worth staying at again.
